Hello!!
This is Takaesu from Mo.
The new classic denim jacket from KOO that I was really looking forward to has arrived.
Although it has already departed, I would like to write about my feelings about this denim jacket on my blog.
Cool and cute. I think the perfect balance of these two is what makes KOO unique. The original jacket that many people have seen and worn is very cool, but this jacket has big pockets that make you think "What is this?" and makes you chuckle, which is what makes it appealing. That's why I love KOO.
This time we'll be talking about the JUVENILE DENIM JACKET .

This time, the motif is a kids' size denim jacket from Levi's 557B, also known as the 3rd model. It is even cuter and cooler than the previous 2nd type.
It features a large collar, large flap pockets, and snap buttons that are unique to children's jackets. The rounded silhouette is also an attractive feature of this denim jacket. Also, the design is not simply enlarged; the large buttons and fabric are made from scratch, and the stitching thread is thicker than normal, so a special sewing machine is used. It's an incredible commitment. This is reflected in the price...lol.
However, the quality and originality can only be achieved by someone who knows denim inside and out. With these jeans in particular, you can really enjoy the way they age over time as you wear them. Even if the color fades or they get torn, it adds to the charm and turns into attachment. It's something to look forward to. I have hope that these jeans will eventually become vintage. I don't think there are many clothes that make you feel this way. A denim jacket that makes you think you'll wear them for the rest of your life. The same goes for the denim pants, of course.

This time I paired it with Cale's beautifully silhouetted slacks to express cuteness, coolness, and elegance, giving it an adult air of ease. I think it's a very contemporary jacket that is more fashion-forward, and could be said to be the ultimate denim jacket.
When it gets cold, you can pair it with a sweatshirt or hoodie, or even a loose coat over it. The possibilities are endless.
Vintage denim jackets just don't come in sizes this big, and even if they do, they're very expensive. They're cool, too, but I think a cute, cool denim jacket with this much room is more casual and comfortable.
*Regarding washing.
Since it is rigid denim, it will shrink when washed.
This is based on the denim jacket from last time.
If you wash it lengthwise, it will lose about 1.5cm to 2cm, which I don't recommend, but if you dry it, it will lose about 3cm. The width of the body will be about 1cm.
Since it's a jacket, I don't think many people will wash it that often, but there are probably some people who want to give it plenty of wear.
If you are one of those people, I recommend wearing it thoroughly. This will cause wrinkles, and the fabric will rub against the other fabric, causing the color to fade in places. Then, when you think it's time, wash it. I think the wrinkles and creases will become more apparent.
Now your very own denim jacket is complete.
You'll grow so attached to it that you'll want to use it all the time.
I wear this denim set every day when I take my kids to and from nursery school.
You'll get some funny looks, but have fun with that too.
You don't have to worry about it too much; just keep wearing it casually and it will change over time, so I hope you enjoy coordinating it with other items.
It's still hot, but we have the air conditioning on full blast, so we look forward to seeing you.
