The rainy season has finally arrived in Okinawa, about 10 days later than usual.
I hate rain... but I guess it's possible to coordinate outfits for the rain, like wearing Blundstone or GORETEX items, and still have fun.
But I don't like it.
That aside, this time we have ``THE SANDALMAN''.
It's been a while since the last shipment arrived, so I was excited from the morning.
The smell of leather reaches my nose, rivalling the scent of incense. This is very pleasing.

*We would like to introduce the Sandalman that has arrived at our store.
This is "501 Beach Wide." I think this is the one most people have seen .
This time, there are two types available.
The straps are made from Hair Calf, which has short hair for a sophisticated look.
I was worried about the comfort and appearance of the footbed, but when I tried on suede, I thought, "This is it!" and decided on suede. It's so soft and enveloping when you put it on. It's great. I chose Vibram pyramid for the sole, which is thin and looks neat.
I hope you will enjoy wearing them as they become more comfortable on your feet.
The straps and sole are all black, making them perfect for summery outfits and matching with pretty styles.

I usually wear sneakers 28cm and leather shoes 9-91/2, and I wear a size 9 here. The upper is a little tight, but it will become more comfortable as you wear it.

The image is of high-end shower sandals. I searched online and in stores but couldn't find any stores that stocked BALCONY, so I really wanted to try it.
The upper is made of Chrome Excel leather, which gives it a luxurious feel and brown core leather. It is designed to allow you to enjoy the aging process as you wear it. If you wear it and it gets torn, the brown part inside will become visible. It will also fade and a faint brown color will appear. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it changes over time.
The footbed is suede, just like the Beach wide.
The softness of the shoes when you put them on is so nice. They will mold to your feet so you'll enjoy them.
This item is also all black, so it can be used for summery coordination and also for beautiful styles. It is a little more compact than the popular SLIDER, so it can be paired with slacks.
I usually wear sneakers 28cm and leather shoes 9-91/2, and I wear a size 9 here. This one was a little large, so I was able to wear a size 8, one size smaller.
