Application expiration date
Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.
Defective Products
If a product is defective within 7 days of arrival, we will replace or repair it.
Delivery time
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it.

Returns Policy
Please make sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the product at our own expense. If the product is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash on delivery fee after you return the product at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product's box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service)or FEDEX. Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered due to factors out of our control. Mo is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

The origin of the name is that my nickname is Mo-chan, so I just named it "Mo."
