Hidden deep within tailors and factories across Japan that have unfortunately closed down, lie high-quality modern and vintage fabrics, quietly waiting. In the harsh reality of population decline and labor shortages, these deadstock fabrics, once thought to have served their purpose, are now given a new lease on life as trousers through "YABUKI." This is the philosophy behind the brand.

The style is the same, but the fabric is different. Each piece is unique.

The bottoms, inspired by a different individual each season, are all one-of-a-kind, as only one pair can be made from a single fabric. These are truly unique trousers.

-Tokiwa-

A model inspired by the manga artist Osamu Tezuka. It features a deep rise, two in-tucks, and a wide, straight silhouette. Despite its volume, the excellent tailoring shines through, offering a three-dimensional and beautiful drape.

This fabric is made by Chodai, one of Japan's leading and finest wool textile manufacturers based in Bishu.

The striking black and white contrast is impressive, creating a subtle two-dimensional effect. The salt & pepper texture also pairs well with the dressy yet relaxed look of these Tokiwa trousers.

The fabric is firm and durable.
