Product Description
These slacks are made from gabardine fabric developed with the same yarn as the uniform material actually worn by students, railway workers, police officers, and others.
To put it simply, it's an item where a "school uniform" has become slacks.
An inverted box pleat with ample volume is incorporated as a single tuck, creating the brand's unique tapered silhouette.
The hip area incorporates high-quality jersey material knitted with the same yarn as the gabardine material of the same series, and rib material is docked into the crotch gusset.
The buttonholes on the front opening are a trompe l'oeil (trick art) design, and the garment can actually be fastened and unfastened with a hook-and-bar closure attached on the inside.
Another feature is the design where the embroidery threads of the buttonholes are not completely cut, but left slightly.
The cutting from the front to the hip gradually rises towards the hip. This design provides a secure and comfortable fit that gently embraces the waist.
As a signature of the UN(I)FORM series, a "name tag" made of cowhide that ages over time is included. The uniform is a garment that many people are said to have worn. This is a proposal for a "new" sensation that rides on "nostalgia." It is a washable item that can be laundered at home.

Utilizing the high functionality born from years of development of uniform materials, we propose "uniforms for the modern age" that can be worn in a wide range of situations.
Designed by Takaaki Shimase and patterned by Kōta Shimamura.
With "time" as the core of their thinking, they propose modern uniforms that allow all people to express themselves individually.
