“A pair of shoes that complements any outfit and always gives you a polished look—wouldn’t it be great to have a pair like that waiting by the front door?” “Re-lux” is Post Production’s first model, created with that very idea in mind. The keywords are “Relax & Luxury.” My personal preference—not wanting to tie my shoelaces at the front door—has come to fruition in this design.

The design is based on the Belgian shoe, a style once favored by European royalty and nobility as indoor footwear. Traditionally, these shoes feature low heels, soft leathers like suede, and are designed to be worn loosely without linings or heel counters; however, “Re-lux” has been adapted for authentic outdoor wear. The opening is wide enough to slip on easily, yet the heel stays securely in place even when jogging. We designed a last specifically to achieve this fit. The main leather is “calf,” prized for its elegant sheen and fine grain. We carefully select only the thickest sections, capable of withstanding the weight of a man’s foot.

The moccasin-stitched detailing on the toe cap is accented with piping for a minimalist, elegant look. The heel is set at 2.5 centimeters—slightly higher than standard men’s dress shoes—and features a tapered design to create an even sleeker silhouette. When you stand in front of a full-length mirror, be sure to turn around and admire your profile as well.

All of the attention to detail we’ve discussed so far is intended to create a certain atmosphere when you wear them. We aimed to create an aura that transcends traditional gender boundaries—blurring the lines between masculine and feminine, reliable and lighthearted, cool and cute—and simply makes you stand tall and poised.
