The country shoe BOURTON is a model that is considered an icon of Tricker's, along with the country boot STOW.
The Country Series is said to have originated as a way for the British upper class to go hunting in the countryside.
The BOURTON retains many of its design elements, including brogueing, which was said to have been designed to improve drainage, a storm welt that makes it difficult for water to enter, and a durable double sole.
The unique, voluminous silhouette and dignified appearance backed by details such as wingtips and medallions give off a presence that is truly one of a kind.
The last used is "4444", which is characterized by its roomy opening and width.
The sole is made of leather, which is highly breathable and gives an elegant impression.

MADE IN ENGLAND

For leather shoes, the size is generally indicated as the appropriate foot length for wearing, but for sneakers, the size is often indicated to include the toe allowance (the part where your foot does not fit), so the size tends to be larger than the actual foot length.

BOURTON

[TRICKER'S]
In 1829, shoemaker Joseph Tricker founded the company in Northampton, England, the holy land of shoemaking. Tricker's shoes are handmade and are still made today using the same traditional methods and techniques as back then. They are made using only the finest materials, including calf leather uppers and oak tanned soles, and each pair of shoes is made by one person from start to finish. The company's quality is so high that it has been appointed as a Royal Warrant holder by the British Royal Family, earning it an unrivaled reputation and credibility.
