By further processing the 2/72 into a double-thread, the thread becomes rounded, and while it is fluffy and supple, it also has a moderate amount of tension.
To prevent curling, the fabric is pressed down as hard as possible in the kettle, then returned to the base and washed flat to stabilize the fabric before being pressed down again. (Shrunken processing)
Although it is a plain woven, flat fabric, it is a worsted material with a subtle texture.
These straight-cut trousers are inspired by authentic work pants.
